In-depth Drawing Planning: After obtaining Jiangxi Yunhong's workshop drawings, Lvyuan's technical team carried out multiple rounds of layout scheme deduction combining the enterprise's expected production capacity, aluminum processing process flow and safety & environmental protection standards, and finally determined the optimal flow design of "raw material - sawing - processing - finished product"; 2. Accurate Equipment Configuration: According to the planning scheme, core production and environmental protection equipment were configured, including cold crushing-screening integrated machine (integrating four functional modules: Aluminum dross separator, cooling machine, screening machine and ball mill machine), automatic multi-bar circular saw and bag filter. The bag filter is specially designed to collect dust from key production links to ensure a clean workshop environment; 3. Scientific Layout Implementation: The cold crushing-screening integrated machine was placed near the casting area to shorten the transportation distance of hot dross; the automatic multi-bar circular saw was set at the raw material entrance side to realize seamless connection of aluminum bar "factory entry - sawing - transportation"; the bag filter was arranged at the air outlet of dust-generating links to maximize dust collection efficiency. Meanwhile, maintenance channels and material temporary storage space were reserved for all equipment, balancing efficiency and safety.
