Homogenizing Furnace

  Specialized equipment for post-casting heat treatment of aluminum rods, aimed at eliminating residual stresses and uneven metallographic structures generated during casting, thereby improving the extrusion processing performance in subsequent processes, enhancing production efficiency, and elevating the quality of aluminum profile products.

  The homogenizing furnace heats the deformable aluminum alloy rods to approximately 560-590°C as per the process requirements. After a certain period of insulation, the rods are rapidly cooled in the cooling chamber to achieve the desired heat treatment effect. The three-dimensional vehicle is responsible for transporting the aluminum rods, while the material storage platform serves for loading and unloading the rods.
