The machine tool saw blade is made of welded hard alloy circular saw blade, which can be used for cutting high-strength and high-hardness materials. Cutting features: high efficiency, high processing accuracy, long service life, and stable cutting. This aluminum rod saw is mainly composed of semi-circular drop rod, large horizontal movement, small horizontal movement, conveying frame, clamping rod, saw table, fixed ruler, storage rod, stacking, weighing, hydraulic system and electrical control system, etc. Its functions include automatic feeding, automatic cutting, and the ability to achieve fixed-length sawing of aluminum rods. The automation level is high, the cutting speed is fast, the material consumption is low. It adopts international advanced compressed air vortex cooling saw blade technology, which is clean, environmentally friendly, and pollution-free. The saw table adopts a hidden saw blade that is pushed out from the top for sawing, with high sawing safety; the oil-injected spindle has good stability and can better extend the service life of the spindle. The aluminum shavings produced during sawing are all collected by the packaging machine and automatically pressed into blocks, which can be directly put into the furnace or be environmentally recycled and reused. The feed-in method for sawing adopts motor propulsion, improving the stability of sawing. The pressurizing system uses a cylinder for pressing. This machine adopts semi-automatic control, and according to the user's needs, corresponding customization can be designed, achieving fully automated sawing work.

1. Using a crane, lift the aluminum rods from the casting pit and transport them to the buffer alignment platform for alignment, then lower the rods onto the 20-ton large translation unit; the rods are arranged, stored, and then the number of rods is set according to the need for cutting the number of rods.

2. Loading machine small translation unit; the translation machine lifts multiple 6.5-meter-long aluminum rods from the pusher conveyor and moves them to the feed conveyor roller path.

3. Rod feeding conveyor unit; the conveyor transports the round rods to the sawing main unit, and the round rods are sent to the cutting saw main unit position and then compressed and sawn at the head of the material.

4. Rod output conveyor unit; on the long rod fixed-length unit, the long rods are fixed-length according to the required length of the aluminum rod cutting, after the fixed-length is completed, the aluminum rods are again compressed for tail sawing, and the cut head and tail of the material automatically fall into the head collection box, and the aluminum shavings produced by the sawing are automatically collected.

5. The sawn long rods are transferred by the lower machine small translation unit to the output storage rod unit, which is used for the arrangement, storage of finished aluminum rods, and then by manual bundling, lifted by forklift or crane. The entire production line operation process is controlled by PLC automation, with digital input on the human-machine interface, and equipped with fault alarm function and automatic interlock protection function.
