PLC Controlled Aluminum Bar Saw with Laser Marking Cutting Saw

This aluminium bar saw is mainly composed of semi-circular drop bar,large pan,small pan,conveying frame,bar clamping,sawing table,fixing scale,bar storage frame, stacker,strapping conveyor, strapping machine, weighing table,hydraulic system and electric control system.The functions include automatic feeding,automatic cutting,and the ability to cut aluminium bars to a fixed length,with a high degree of automation,fast cutting speed and low material consumption.The saw blade is cooled by the internationally advanced compressed air vortex cooling technology,which is clean,environmentally friendly and pollution-free. 
The saw table adopts a hidden saw blade to be pushed out from the top line, with high sawing safety;the oil-permeable spindle has good stability and can better extend the life of the spindle;the aluminium chips produced by sawing are all collected by the baler and automatically briquetted, which can be directly put into the furnace and also recycled for environmental protection.The sawing feeding method adopts motor propulsion to improve the stability of sawing.The press system uses a cylinder to compress the material.The machine is controlled semi automatically,in addition to the user's needs can be designed according to the corresponding custom,can realize the sawing of fully automatic work.
