After the aluminum ash is discharged from the furnace, the ash is loaded into the aluminum dross separating machine by a forklift or a bucket truck. After stirring, the aluminum liquid is released, and then the remaining hot aluminum ash is sprayed by the ash cooler to cool down, and the high temperature aluminum ash of 700-900 degrees will be cooled to normal temperature within 10-15 minutes, it is to avoid the burning and oxidation of high-temperature aluminum metal. After the ball mill is dispersed, the grading and screening machine screens the aluminum ash to automatically separate coarse ash and fine ash (40-80 mesh). The fine ash is treated in a harmless manner, and the coarse ash is directly returned to the furnace for smelting.
